Noureen Dwulf was created on February 28th, 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. The desire to be an actress was never a thing. She started building the foundations for her professional career while she enrolled at Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen began auditioning for roles after graduating. She was cast in 2005. was cast as a key character in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 during the Sundance Film Festival, but was also featured in other festivals throughout the world. It also won an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards and paved the path for Noureen DeWulf's successful future. She started out as a child actor, performing in movies such as Alaska (1996), Now and Then (1995), Hocus Pocus(1993) and All I Want for christmas (1991). She became popular after she received global attention and accolades due to her performance in American Beauty. In 2001, she appeared in the well received film Ghost World (2001), which brought her a Golden Globe nomination.
